Since becoming more aware of cruelty-free cosmetics I’ve been a lot more particular in what new comers I’m letting into my beauty stash. These days the hunt for the perfect all natural beauty products is easy peasy. It’s actually really incredible knowing that it’s so easy to find all types of products out there that are cruelty-free, vegan, and environmental friendly! It also gives us the chance to check out amazing brands that we may have not been aware of.
Crazy Rumors 100% Natural Lip Balm
I pretty much ditched all my non-natural lip balms since none of them ever really worked out in the end. I was doing some research on vegan lip balms and stumbled upon Crazy Rumors. As a grown woman I usually stay away from anything that seems too gimmicky, but I saw so many wonderful reviews on this product and had to give it a try. I already had a favourite all natural lip balm before, but this one has officially replaced it. Besides the fact that their Bubble Gum favour actually tastes like bubble gum, it also keeps my lips moisturized for hours on end…that’s if I don’t lick them off.
Organic Coffee Bean Caffeine Eye Cream
I’ve been here and there with eye creams before, but have never really gave them much attention in my quests for skincare products. Not to brag and hopefully not going to jinx myself just yet, but I’ve been pretty lucky to not have dark under eye circles. However, I do have a few fine lines and get the occasional puffiness from lack of sleep. This eye cream is highly concentrated with anti-aging vitamins, rich green tea and green coffee, and smells just like a delicious vanilla cookie that you want to eat but can’t. It’s been 3 days since using this, and have noticed how much brighter and firmer the skin around my eyes are. Love!
Fruit Pigmented Eye Brow Powder Gel
If you know me you’d know I like my eyebrows to be dark, and I’m not afraid to go as dark as I can – of course, without looking like Cruella Deville. When I received the colour Brunette, I automatically knew it was going to be a tad too light for my personal preference. However, once I tried it out I actually ended up really liking the results since it was a change from the usual. This is perfect for lovers of the natural brow look, or for those who need a product to help with a tasteful gradient to the start or end of your brows.
Fruit Pigmented Pomegranate Oil Anti-Aging Lipstick
A nude lip will never go out of style, but the tricky part of a nude lip is finding the one that best suits you. I personally find that most nudes with a cool pink or beige tone wash me out, so I’m usually very hesitant to wear any of those. I do believe the shade Calendula is my perfect nude, since it has more of a peach undertone which matches so well on my skin tone. The only con is that it does apply a bit chalky, but with a bit of exfolitating before the application it does help smooth things out. I’m astonished by the natural formula of this lipstick, and how this is a nude that I’m absolutely in love with for a change!
Face Off The Amazing Makeup Remover Cloth
There has always been great reviews about these types of cloth makeup removers, and I’m happy to have finally gotten the chance to try it out. I always had doubts about these types of products, but this miracle cloth totally proved my doubts wrong. I was amazed with how easily and quickly it removed every lick of makeup in seconds without having to aggravatingly rub my face off. The fact that the cloth is white worried me that I wouldn’t be able to get it as white again. But just washing it with soap and water afterwards has always brought it back to looking spanking brand new.
