Clean Shades + Architecture

A few weeks back I attended Doors Open Toronto which offers access to more than 155 of the most architecturally, historically, and culturally significant buildings in the city. I went to the Aga Khan Museum and was truly amazed. Besides the fact of it’s undeniable beauty I just had no idea we had such amazing architecture in this city. And though I’ve lived here my entire life seeing this place was a reminder that there’s still a lot to be explored.

Since I’ve lived in the same city my entire life I’ve lost a lot of inspiration and hungry for it but seeing the Aga Khan Museum and the surroundings have given me some appreciation for it again. At least for me it was something totally new to look at in this environment. I’m happier knowing there are still gems around for me to find.

Have you ever been uninspired by your city, and what did you do to overcome it?
