The season has been changing and so have my favourites! Like a lot of people out there, I have been trying to improve my overall health and lifestyle, while wanting to feel and look good on the outside with a few fashion pieces.
In order to get my diet on a healthy routine this summer, I have been sticking to the same breakfast every single morning. Surprisingly I have not been tired of this at all since I do add in a banana and drink it with a big cup of green tea.
Watch & Learn
Best of Friends DVD Collection: I’m not really sure when this “The Best of Friends Collection” appeared in my house, but since I’ve found it I have been enjoying every minute of it. I never really watched Friends when it was on tv years ago (sorry Friends fans) so it’s nice to see what the big deal was now. Not gonna lie…pretty funny!
If You Have to Cry, Go Outside by Kelly Cutrone: As I was cleaning, I stumbled upon this goody again. When glanced over at my bookshelf and saw this, I remembered not being able to put the book down since it was an amazing read. So I decided it was time for an encore! This book really gives it to you – there is a lot of tough love yet a lot of encouragement which will help with confidence and empowerment. A must read for sure!
I have been on the hunt for the perfect almost everyday heeled sandal that will not leave my feet crying in a few hours. Believe it or not but I may have found my match. Of course – there is no such thing as a “walking on a cloud” heel (that is unless you are a master at heels like Victoria Beckham) but these are pretty close and wearable from morning to evening!
I didn’t think it was true before, but if you have cute workout clothes and shoes they really do help with your motivation to exercise! Not only that, but they really are a lot more comfortable to move around in.
Joanna Soh’s videos have also been keeping me super motivated! I love how enjoyable and encouraging she is as a coach and health mentor. If your goal is to get in better shape while maintaining a feminine figure, Joanna will lead the way! She is definitely someone to keep an eye on.
Dior Lip Glow Colour Reviver Balm: Yup, I finally did it. I jumped on the Dior wagon and not sure when I will be back. This balm was worth every penny. I love how it naturally customizes and gives you your very own unique lip colour! Obsessed!
The Body Shop Coconut Beautifying Oil: I don’t know what is it but recently I have been over it with super chemically body lotions and decided to go back to basics. Coconut oil is natural and works even 10 times better than most lotions out there in the market (did I mention cheaper too?).
