Face Masks With The Face Shop

I’m no stranger when it comes to Korean skincare and The Face Shop was definitely one of the first brands I’ve tried out when exploring this unique skincare genre. Faulhaber CommunicationsΒ and CBB who teamed up with The Face Shop were kind enough to send me a few of their popular face masks to try out! This is really exciting since Korean skincare has been blowing up everywhere, but at the rate it has been going I’m surprised it hasn’t been going any faster – this is a whole new life changing game for your skin.

I’ve tried The Face Shop’s face masks before but the ones that were sent to me I’ve never tried before. I received the Real Nature Olive Face Mask, Hydro Vita C Gel Mask Sheet, and the Real Nature Blueberry Face Mask. Since it’s still summer I wanted to save the Olive and the Hydro Vita C mask for winter, and so I tried out the Blueberry mask.

All of their Real Nature Face Masks all say at the back that, “This process extracts raw ingredients at a low temperature, preventing natural minerals & nutrients from being damaged”. However the Blueberry Face Mask says that this nourishing mask sheet contains blueberry extract with softening properties for younger-looking skin. If you didn’t know blueberries antioxidants are actually amazing for those who suffer from acne and broken capillaries (which I both have) so using the Real Nature Blueberry Mask was exactly what I needed.

The mask has an extremely mild scent that can even go on as unnoticeable, which is nice since you need to keep it on for at least 10-12 minutes. The Face Shop masks usually always perform well so I was yet again impressed with this one. Right after using it my skin was already looking more plump and glowing. I know it’s weird to say, but the packaging had some leftover juices from the mask so I kept the package for the next day to use on my concerning areas. It really is that good!

Have you tried anything from The Face Shop before? If so, what did you try?

This stuff looks and sounds great— I would love to know if it was all natural. Korean beauty products are definitely ahead of the game in terms of the benefits they have (remember the influx of BB creams!?)

I have yet to try it, but after a bit of research this sounds wonderful πŸ™‚

    • I don’t believe it’s all natural since the ingredients are as follows:
water, glycerin, butylene glycol, alcohol denat, trehalose, sodium hyluronate, olive fruit oil, etc.
But to be honest I’m not even 100% sure what most of these are until I research lol
The only problem with buying Korean brands is when it’s not in English, but The Face Shop has so that’s a big plus!
