So I went on a recent trip to Montreal and as always had an amazing time! Since I have relatives living there I don’t often go out to eat during my stays since it’s always nice having family dinners with my aunt’s home cooked meals. However this time around I decided to venture off and explore the food world that Montreal has to offer.
I had the most amazing brunch I’ve had in along time. If you are in Montreal Au P’tit Cochon Santé is an 100% must!
Super yummy donuts from Léché Desserts. There were 3 of us and it was just so good that we had 2 donuts each :]
Ramen shops have popped up everywhere especially in the last 2 years where I’m from, so while I was in Montreal I had to compare. Not bad, not bad at all Ramen Misoya.
I’m not completely sure what happens on Mondays but every restaurant I went to was closed at 3PM and reopened at 5PM (does Montreal have siesta that they dare not share with the rest of us?). F + F Pizza was the only place that I found open for me to grab a late lunch.
Restaurant A.A’s owner making us some yummy burgers and poutine. Yup, I was hungry and forgot to take photos.
Definitely needed a food detox and grabbed some healthier options at the grocery store.
Explored Montreal’s Chinatown without buying a single treat. I deserve a pat on the back right?
However I did go to dinner while there and enjoyed duck confit tacos. I’m pretty sure that’s not the name (correct me if you must) but it sure looked like it! It was super delicious by the way.
