Recently my bag has been making quite the appearance on here, and maybe you’re curious to know what’s actually in it. I was curious myself since I haven’t emptied it in months! Let’s discover what is usually tucked away in my bag on a day to day basis.
Since the winter months are so drying I always need to keep my hands and lips moisturized. Carmex and Rosebud Salve lip balms have prevented my lips from cracking, while my hand cream from Bath & Body Works has kept my hands super soft. Speaking of the dry air, I always need to carry around a bottle of water as well so that my throat doesn’t suffer – not to mention, helps to clear up the skin!
I enjoy learning languages and it’s one of my most loved hobbies. I’m always interested in knowing about new methods and other’s experiences with learning more effectively and efficiently. Fluent In 3 Months (written by fellow blogger Benny Lewis) has been difficult for me to put down. I also like to carry around a phrasebook in the language I’m learning so that I can take a glimpse and even practice talking to myself while I’m waiting around or commuting. And when I’m not learning, I’m jotting down ideas or thoughts in my sleek Poppin notebook.
Other essentials include; Pull & Bear wallet, Zara cat hat, Modo for Jason Wu eyeglasses, keys, earphones, kleenex (a must for winter of course), mints, Ipsy travel makeup bag, rosary (I feel complete carrying it around, and got it while I was in Dominican Republic), ibuprofen, pen, hand sanitizer (trust no one who doesn’t carry any of this around!), sanitary napkins hidden away in this cute pouch my Japanese teacher gave to me years ago, and phone charger.
